Oh my gosh!! I have used resistance bands In the past, but this one, ohhh!! You absolutely feel it! I have used it several times since it arrived (early might I add) and it is like a full body Pilates class! I do go to the gym, but don’t like any of the machines for abs. Get it b4 it sells out!!
